We recently returned from our Japan trip and I can say it was an exceptional experience, thanks to Prashant, Aanchal and the team. From the very beginning, the entire trip was planned thoughtfully and executed seamlessly. The land arrangements were flawless and the itinerary was perfectly balanced - comprehensive enough to cover all the key attractions while ensuring that we never felt rushed or exhausted. One of the biggest and most pleasant surprises was the hotel selection. Having heard so much about tiny, matchbox-sized rooms in Japan, we were prepared for very compact accommodations. Instead, every hotel was a delightful surprise. We were a family of four, and the rooms were very spacious by Japanese standards with four individual beds, making our stay extremely comfortable. What truly set this experience apart was the personal touch. Prashant, the owner himself, checked in with us regularly throughout the trip to ensure everything was going smoothly and to see if we had any concerns or needed any assistance. That level of care and involvement made us feel valued and looked after throughout the journey. Overall, it was a wonderfully curated, highly personalized trip, and we enjoyed every bit of it.
