1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment. Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp once processed.
2. Payments
We accept UPI, bank transfers, and credit/debit card payments. Final payment must be made before travel documents are issued.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges vary by package and supplier. Refunds are processed after deducting applicable fees and within 7–14 working days.
4. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID, passports, and visas. We assist with visa applications but do not guarantee approval.
5. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to make adjustments due to weather, availability, or unforeseen events. Customers will be informed in advance where possible.
6. Liability
Global Travel Ark acts as a travel facilitator. We are not liable for third-party services, delays, or damages beyond our control.
